(1) 凡「設籍本縣六個月以上」中等以上學校學生家境清寒，各科成績符合下列各項標準且未享有其他公費補助者，得向本府申請核發獎學金。
(a) 學業成績平均在八十分以上（新生以原畢業學校填發之成績證明書，舊生以其所肄業學校之學期成績為準）。
(b) 體育成績七十分以上（無體育成績者不在此限）。
二、申請名額和金額
(1) 名額：300名。
(2) 金額：1500元
