| 一、 | 依據國教署110年3月25日臺教國署國字第1100031725號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為協助學生培養良好閱讀習慣，進而提升其英語閱讀能力，國教署「Cool English 英語線上學習平臺」特別建置「悅讀奇幻王國」及「神奇悅讀之旅」專區，挑選題材多元、難度適中之英語電子繪本，加註中文翻譯與全文朗讀，並針對文章內容進行命題，協助學生於閱讀後透過閱讀測驗檢測對文章之理解程度。為鼓勵全國國中小學生使用本網站之閱讀專區素材加強英語閱讀能力，國教署特委請國立臺灣師範大學辦理旨揭比賽。 |
| 三、 | 活動期間自110年4月12日起至110年5月14日止，參加對象為全國公私立國小三至六年級學生(國小組)及國中七至九年級學生(國中組)，詳細內容請參閱比賽辦法。 |
