| 二、 | 本校訂於111年2月12日(星期六)上午9時至12時於博學講堂辦理招生說明會(以場地容納數並依出席順序入場，額滿為止)。 |
| 三、 | 本校111學年度科學班報名方式一律採用「網路下載後自行列印填寫，以限時掛號郵寄報名應繳資料(含報名費)，逾期不受理」，且不另製發甄選證，改以國民身分證正本查驗甄選學生身分，請欲參加甄選的學生於甄試前辦妥國民身分證，相關注意事項請詳見簡章內容。 |
| 四、 | 因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19，武漢肺炎)，本校辦理111學年度科學班甄選入學將依中央流行疫情指揮中心及教育部規範於2月21日報名開始前、報名期間、檢定期間進行各項防疫試務作業滾動式公告，敬請留意本校網站。 |
