| 主旨： | 有關交通部觀光署（下稱觀光署）函請「國民旅遊卡（下稱國旅卡）特約商店聯盟」移除所屬網站及社群媒體載有該署臺灣觀光品牌標誌之廣告圖（照）片，並於各項宣傳廣告增加非屬政府委託或授權單位相關文字一案，請查照轉知。 |

| 一、 | 依行政院人事行政總處（下稱人事總處）114年12月12日總處培字第1140024927號函辦理，並檢附原函（含附件）影本1份。 |
| 二、 | 為提供公務人員及一般民眾查詢特約商店相關資訊，人事總處委託財團法人聯合信用卡處理中心（下稱聯卡中心）建置國旅卡網站（https://travel.nccc.com.tw），人事總處及觀光署均未委託聯卡中心以外之民間團體建置其他網站、手機APP或QRCode，公務人員如欲查詢國旅卡特約商店等相關訊息，仍請以上開「國旅卡網站」登載資訊為準。 |
