| 一、 | 依據財團法人天使心家族社會福利基金會桃園分事務所114年6月20日天使心(桃園)字第1140008號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭營隊資訊如下： |
| (一) | 日期：114年7月12日(星期六)至114年7月14日(星期一)。 |
| (二) | 地點：西湖渡假村(苗栗縣三義鄉西湖11號)。 |
| (三) | 參與對象:家中有身心障礙者之健康手足，手足年齡為 13歲以上(至成年)。 |
| (四) | 報名方式:即日起至額滿為主，以線上報名方式進行, 可參考附件簡章 QR code。 |
