二、活動相關訊息如下 :
(一) 收件日期：即日起至114年6月13日(星期五)止(以郵戳為憑)。
(二) 收件地點：欲申請者請將推薦文件(紙本一式5份，光碟1份)寄(送)至承辦學校瑞豐國小輔導室許惠玲主任收(地址：334007桃園市八德區介壽路2段933巷40號)，逾期或資料不齊全者，不予受理。
