| 一、 | 依據臺北市立中山女子高級中學113年12月12日北市中山教字第1133013971號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動相關訊息如下： |
| (一) | 時間：114年1月22日(星期三)上午8時至下午4時30分至114年1月23日(星期四)上午8時至下午3時30分。 |
| (二) | 地點：臺北市立中山女子高級中學科學館（臺北市中山區長安東路二段141號）。 |
| (三) | 活動對象：目前就讀數理資優班國中女性學生、數理校本資優教育方案國中女性學生或對數理科學有濃厚興趣之國中女性學生。 |
| 三、 | 請所屬有意願報名同學於114年1月8日(星期三)前填妥附件二「活動報名表」，並請貴校協助核章，上傳至報名系統：https://forms.gle/tLeCTDzW1coyspLSA。 |
| 四、 | 錄取名單及繳費系統將於114年1月10日(星期五)下午3時前公告於臺北市立中山女子高級中學首頁「最新消息」處，請自行查閱，不另通知；如獲錄取，請上繳費系統填寫相關資料，並於114年1月17日(星期五)前完成線上繳費。 |
