| 教育部113年5月23日臺教授國部字第1135501231號函修正說明如下： |
| (一) | 考量注意事項所定之高溫月份，易產生認定疑義，又冷氣開啟時機，係以室內溫度超過二十八度為原則，爰刪除高溫月份之文字。 |
| (二) | 考量各地方政府所轄學校冷氣啟動方式不一，爰放寬不限以班級冷氣卡啟動，並應訂定相關管理機制。 |
| (三) | 考量教室門窗關閉，密閉空間恐造成二氧化碳濃度過 高，爰調整為「班級教室冷氣使用期間應視教室空氣品質，適度開窗換氣，以促進空氣流通，避免二氧化碳濃度過高。」 |
| (四) | 環境部訂有「校園室內空氣品質維護管理指引」，班級冷氣使用期間之開窗機制，可參考前開指引辦理。 |
| (五) | 考量教師無課務或課後時間，有備課之冷氣需求，爰明定學校應規劃冷氣使用空間，供教師集中備課使用，以兼顧舒適及節能。上開冷氣使用之備課空間，未限制需專用空間，學校得視校園整體空間利用情形，規劃適當空間， 例如空堂教室、行政辦公室等，供教師集中備課使用。 |
| (六) | 為避免設施設備改善範圍限縮於改善冷氣相關設施設備，爰調整為「其結餘款得用於學校各項設施設備改善及電氣檢驗。」 |
