| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本局110年青少年生涯探索號計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭計畫目的係為協助未就學未就業青少年適性轉銜就學、就業或參加職訓，以奠定未來生涯發展基礎，先予敘明。 |
| 三、 | 辦理期程：自110年10月6日至110年12月8日止。 |
| 四、 | 計畫詳細內容，請參閱附件，輔導對象以年滿15歲至18歲青少年， 符合下列身分者： |
| (一) | 國中畢業（修業完成）後，未曾升學、目前未就業，生涯未定向有轉銜扶助需求之青少年(主要服務對象)。 |
| (二) | 高級中等學校已錄取未註冊之青少年。 |
| (三) | 高級中等學校中離生，或未能穩定升學，目前未就業之青少年。 |
