一、 依據國家圖書館109年12月28日國圖發字第10902003290號函辦理。
二、 為提供各圖書館資訊組織人員，透過數位學習管道，以較具彈性之學習方式進行在職進修，自主提升RDA編目專業知能，協助書目及資訊服務品質與國際編目標準順利接軌，該館於本（109）年度完成旨揭數位課程製作。
三、 上開課程影片已上架國家圖書館遠距學園（https://cu.ncl.edu.tw/mooc/index.php），提供各級圖書館從業人員及對資訊組織有興趣者上網選讀，並取得學習時數認證。
