| 主旨： | 函轉僑務委員會(簡稱僑委會)為辦理本(110)年度中等以上學校（含職業學校）學行優良僑生獎學金核發，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據僑務委員會110年9月14日僑生聯字第11005019382號書函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭獎學金每名可獲頒新臺幣5,000元及獎狀乙紙，凡就讀中等學校（含職業學校）二年級以上，符合「僑務委員會獎勵學行優良僑生獎學金核發要點」規定，其上一學年學業總平均成績或等第還原成績在85分以上，並無受警告以上處分之僑生，均得提出申請。 |
| 三、 | 依據上揭要點規定，旨揭獎學金申請流程如下： |
| (一) | 僑生應於110年10月8日前，至「獎學金申請系統」(網址https://scholarship.ocac.gov.tw)線上填寫，並列印申請表後，檢附居留證件或身分證影本、109學年度成績單，向學校提出申請。 |
| (二) | 本獎學金之申請以各級學校所規定之修業年限為準，凡留級、重讀或延畢之僑生，均不得申請。 |
| (三) | 請貴校詳實核對並審查相關申請資料，剔除不符資格之申請者，並將核獎建議序次名單造冊函送僑委會。 |
| (四) | 僑委會將依各校函報符合資格人數按比例分配獲獎名額，並依建議核獎序次，於該名額內核定獲獎名單。 |
| 四、 | 請貴校協助辦理相關獎學金作業如下： |
| (一) | 周知僑生同學，並於僑委會「對外獎學金申審及健保補助名單報送系統」(網址：https://ocsap.ocac.gov.tw，如尚未申請帳號請洽僑委會承辦人林逸瑋，電話02-2327-2819)之「獎助學金」進行線上審核、報送及列印申請學生名冊等作業。 |
| (二) | 於110年10月22日前，將「核獎建議序次名冊」(於報送系統匯出後核章)及「撥款清冊」函送僑委會，相關審查資料應自申請當年度起留校5年備查，不需另送僑委會。 |
| (三) | 以電子郵件將名冊及清冊電子檔，寄送僑委會聯絡人林專員逸瑋(iwlin@ocac.gov.tw)，俾利彙辦。 |
