| 二、 | 請貴校將申請清冊併同申請書及相關證件等紙本寄至嘉義縣政府教育處學生事務及特殊教育科（61249嘉義縣太保市祥和一路東段1號3樓），清冊電子檔（請寄excel 檔）一併傳送至承辦人信箱（bonniehsu@mail.cyhg.gov.tw），信封請加註「申請110學年度第1學期新竹縣清寒優秀學生獎學金」，以郵戳為憑，逾期不予受理；如有疑問， 請逕洽嘉義縣政府許郁苓， 聯絡電話：05-3620123分機8917。 |
