| (一) | 依規定即日起公告簡章招生訊息。 |
| (二) | 招生科系及名額：日間部五專幼兒保育科10名、美容流行設計科14名及餐旅廚藝管理科25名。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：國中應屆畢業生須參加就讀國中學校集體報名，每名免試生僅得選擇一所招生學校之1個科(組)報名，並於就讀國中學校規定期限內繳交報名相關資料，由就讀國中學校統一辦理集體報名。 |
| (四) | 報名時間：114年5月1日(四)10:00起至5月7日(三)16:00止。 |
| (五) | 114學年度五專完全免試入學單獨招生網路報名平台，網址：https://www.jctv.ntut.edu.tw/enter5W/。 |
| 二、 | 報考資格及成績採計項目等相關資訊詳見招生簡章如附件。 |
| 三、 | 若欲報名本校護理科的學生，可透過「五專優先免試入學」管道申請報名。 |
