| 一、 | 依據111年12月2日112學年度五專優先免試入學招生委員會第2次委員會議通過旨揭招生簡章規定辦理。原採計技藝教育課程平均總成績，修正為該課程以單一學期之百分制成績擇優採計。 |
| 二、 | 「五專優先免試入學-超額比序項目採計說明」相關規定，技藝優良積分採計國中就學時期至112年5月14日(含)前取得為限，技藝教育課程成績(以單一學期之百分制成績擇優採計)達90分以上者得3分、80分以上未滿90分者得2.5分、70分以上未滿80分者得1.5分、60分以上未滿70分者得1分。 |
