| 一、 | 依據教育部111年5月23日臺教師(一)字第1110049683號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 請貴校業務承辦人員，協助提醒參加藝術才能班術科測驗並符合報名聯合分發資格之學生，於111年6月10日(星期五)至6月16日(星期四)至高級中等學校藝術才能班線上報名登錄系統(網址：https://art.sen.edu.tw/)報名。 |
| 三、 | 報名資格： |
| (一) | 已取得「各類各區111學年度藝術才能班特色招生甄選入學聯合術科測驗」成績單，並依各招生學校類別通過藝術才能資賦優異或藝術才能鑑定者。 |
| (二) | 本學年度凡已參加其他招生入學管道經錄取且完成報到者，不得重複報名參加分發；違者取消其錄取資格。 |
| 四、 | 報名應繳資料及注意事項： |
| (一) | 請參閱各類各區111學年度藝術才能班特色招生甄選入學聯合分發簡章。 |
| (二) | 若為特殊身分學生者，須隨報名資料檢附證明文件。 |
