| 一、 | 為方便考生家長瞭解考區交通及地理位置，請於111年4月8日（五）16: 00-18:00至陽明高中校門口查看或網路查詢（https://www.pymhs.tyc.edu.tw/）。為考量試務之公平性、完整性及安全性，試場不開放。 |
| 二、 | 臺灣桃園區111學年度高級中等學校美術班聯合術科測驗於 111年4月9日（六）舉行，考生請憑准考證進出校門。 |
| 三、 | 為落實防疫管制之完備，請國中端承辦人於術科測驗前協助完成以下事項： |
| (一) | 應屆考生所屬學校請預先收齊個別考生之健康聲明切結書及填寫實聯制登記表（共2頁），如附件，請務必遵照上述表件規定辦理，並於測驗當日現場繳交或郵寄至陽明高中。 |
| (二) | 本次測驗依「因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情防護措施處理原則」限縮考生陪同人員，限額規範如下： |
| １、 | 不開放陪考家長入場。 |
| ２、 | 應屆報名考生所屬學校得組成考生服務隊陪同，考生20人以下得配有2名、考生21人以上得配有3名。 |
| ３、 | 身心障礙、重大傷病或突發傷病考生，每考生得外加1名陪同人員協助照護。 |
| (三) | 考生防疫注意事項若有調整或更新，依中央疫情指揮中心公告為準，並公告於陽明高中首頁及美術班招生資訊網。 |
